About Randall Sawka
I grew up in small-town Alberta surrounded by farms and ranches and jumped at the chance to write for my high school newspaper. I graduated with a Degree in English from Athabasca University. During my studies I scribbled down notes that led to completion of my first two novels. The gritty crime mystery, Rough Business, became my first best-seller. My second novel reflected my life in cowboy-country Alberta. Rangeland Ruckus was a hit world-wide and was re-released in large-print.
My script writing has blended in nicely with creating novels. Copper Tree Productions had two hits in Victoria Canada with my stage plays Dealing With Love and Poised. On the heels of this two film companies brought my screenplays Decision Factor and my adaptation of the stage play Poised to life.
My wife and I have recently returned from touring the world promoting my latest western, Raining Trouble and made the decision to relocate from tranquil Victoria to the bustling downtown of Toronto. Now I busily work on my next book, and my art, and creating content for my Sawka TV Youtube comedy channel.
